1. Kabul
WindLingo'yu indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Şartları'nı ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.
2. Hizmetin tanımı
WindLingo, kelime öğrenmeyi konu anlatımı ve oyunlar aracılığıyla destekleyen bir mobil uygulamadır (Türkçe, İngilizce, Almanca). Uygulamanın temel kısmı ücretsizdir ve reklam içerir; bazı içerikler ve reklamların kaldırılması tek seferlik satın alma ile açılır (Bölüm 6). Abonelik yoktur.
3. Hesabınız
- Hesap oluştururken verdiğiniz bilgilerin doğruluğundan siz sorumlusunuz.
- Görünen isminizin başka bir kullanıcıyı taklit etmemesi, uygunsuz ifade içermemesi gerekir — uygunsuz veya taklit isimler kaydedilmez.
- Hesabınızın güvenliğinden (şifrenizi paylaşmamak dahil) siz sorumlusunuz.
- 13 yaşın altındaysanız hesabın bir ebeveyn/vasi gözetiminde açılmasını öneririz.
4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı kullanırken şunları yapmayacağınızı kabul edersiniz:
- Başkasının hesabına yetkisiz erişim sağlamak,
- Uygulamanın işleyişine zarar verecek, kötüye kullanacak veya tersine mühendislik yapmaya çalışacak eylemlerde bulunmak,
- Puan, liderlik tablosu ya da satın almaları hileli yollarla etkilemek,
- Başkalarını rahatsız edecek, taklit edecek veya yanıltacak isim/içerik kullanmak.
5. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulamanın tasarımı, kodu ve içeriği (kelime listeleri, örnek cümleler dahil) WindLingo geliştiricisine aittir. Kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanım dışında kopyalanamaz veya dağıtılamaz.
6. Satın almalar
- Satın almalar tek seferliktir; abonelik ve yenileme yoktur. Ödemeyi Apple alır, App Store hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
- Bir satın alma WindLingo hesabınıza bağlanır. Aynı Apple hesabıyla başka bir WindLingo hesabında "Satın alımları geri yükle" derseniz, satın alma onayınızla o hesaba taşınır ve eskisinden kalkar — aynı anda iki hesapta açık olmaz.
- Satın alınmış bir içerik sonradan yeniden kilitlenmez.
- Satıcı Apple'dır. Uygulama içi satın almalarda sözleşme Apple ile kurulur; fatura, iade ve ödeme itirazları Apple üzerinden yürür.
- İade talepleri Apple üzerinden yapılır; iade onaylanırsa ilgili içerik hesabınızda kapanır.
- Avrupa'daki kullanıcılar için cayma hakkı: Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı ve Birleşik Krallık'ta dijital içerik için tanınan 14 günlük cayma hakkı, içeriğin hemen teslim edilmesini onayladığınızda sona erer — satın alma anında içerik açıldığı için durum budur. Cayma ve iade süreçleri satıcı sıfatıyla Apple tarafından yürütülür.
- Fiyatlar App Store'da gösterildiği gibidir ve zamanla değişebilir; satın almadan önce ekranda gördüğünüz fiyat geçerlidir.
7. Reklamlar
Uygulama, Google AdMob üzerinden kişiselleştirilmemiş tam ekran reklamlar gösterir. Reklam yalnızca tamamlanmış bir oyunun sonuç ekranından çıkarken belirir; ders sırasında, oyun içinde veya açılışta reklam yoktur. "Reklamsız" ürünü, uygulamanın kendiliğinden gösterdiği bu reklamları kaldırır. Reklamların nasıl çalıştığı ve onay hakkında ayrıntı: Gizlilik Politikası, Bölüm 4.
8. İçerik ve kullanılabilirlik
Kelime listeleri, çeviriler ve örnek cümleler öğrenme amaçlıdır; zaman zaman güncellenebilir, düzeltilebilir veya genişletilebilir. Uygulamanın çalışması için internet bağlantısı gerekir.
9. Hesap silme ve fesih
Hesabınızı Profil ekranından istediğiniz zaman kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz; bu işlem geri alınamaz. Satın aldıklarınız Apple hesabınızda kalır ve yeni bir hesapta geri yüklenebilir. Bu şartları ihlal ettiğiniz tespit edilirse hesabınızı askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkımız saklıdır.
10. Garanti reddi
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağına dair bir garanti verilmez.
11. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, WindLingo geliştiricisi uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
12. Değişiklikler
Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde sayfanın en üstündeki tarihi güncelleriz.

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using WindLingo, you accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. Description of the service
WindLingo is a mobile app that helps you learn vocabulary (Turkish, English, German) through lessons and games. The core of the app is free and ad-supported; some content, and the removal of ads, is unlocked with a one-time purchase (Section 6). There are no subscriptions.
3. Your account
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account.
- Your display name must not impersonate another person or contain inappropriate language — impersonating or inappropriate names are not saved.
- You're responsible for your account's security, including not sharing your password.
- If you are under 13, we recommend that a parent or guardian creates the account and supervises its use.
4. Acceptable use
By using the app, you agree not to:
- Gain unauthorized access to another user's account,
- Attempt to damage, abuse, or reverse-engineer the app,
- Manipulate points, the leaderboard or purchases by fraudulent means,
- Use a name or content that harasses, impersonates, or misleads others.
5. Intellectual property
The app's design, code, and content (including word lists and example sentences) belong to WindLingo's developer. They may not be copied or redistributed outside personal, non-commercial use.
6. Purchases
- Purchases are one-time; there are no subscriptions or renewals. Apple takes the payment and charges your App Store account.
- A purchase is linked to your WindLingo account. If you use "Restore purchases" in another WindLingo account with the same Apple account, the purchase moves to that account with your confirmation and is removed from the first — it is never active in two accounts at once.
- Content you have bought is never locked again later.
- Apple is the seller. For in-app purchases the contract is with Apple; invoicing, refunds and payment disputes go through Apple.
- Refunds are requested through Apple; if a refund is granted, the related content is closed again on your account.
- Right of withdrawal for users in Europe: in the European Economic Area and the UK, the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content ends once you agree to immediate delivery, which is what happens here because the content unlocks at the moment of purchase. Withdrawal and refunds are handled by Apple as the seller.
- Prices are as shown in the App Store and may change over time; the price shown on screen before you buy is the one that applies.
7. Ads
The app shows non-personalised full-screen ads through Google AdMob. An ad appears only when you leave the results screen of a finished game — never during a lesson, inside a game, or at launch. The "Ad-free" product removes these automatically shown ads. For how ads work and how consent is handled, see Privacy Policy, Section 4.
8. Content and availability
Word lists, translations and example sentences are for learning purposes and may be updated, corrected or extended over time. An internet connection is required to use the app.
9. Account deletion and termination
You can permanently delete your account from the Profile screen at any time; this is irreversible. What you bought stays in your Apple account and can be restored on a new account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account found to violate these terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranty
The app is provided "as is". No guarantee is given that it will run uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WindLingo's developer is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes we update the date at the top of the page.
