Bir satın alma aynı anda tek bir WindLingo hesabında açık olur. Geri yükleme sırasında çıkan onayı kabul edersen bu hesaba taşınır, diğerinde kapanır.

Almanca nasıl açılıyor?

Mağazadaki Almanca ürünü dört yönü birden açar: Türkçe ↔ Almanca ve İngilizce ↔ Almanca. Yönü, ana ekrandaki dil rozetinden değiştirirsin.

Reklamlar ne zaman çıkıyor?

Yalnızca tamamlanmış bir oyunun sonuç ekranından çıkarken. Ders sırasında, oyun içinde veya açılışta reklam yok; reklamlar kişiselleştirilmez. Reklamsız ürünü bunları tamamen kaldırır.

Şifremi unuttum

Giriş ekranındaki Şifremi unuttum bağlantısı e-posta adresine sıfırlama bağlantısı gönderir. Google ile giriş yaptıysan şifren yoktur, yine Google ile gir.

Hesabımı silmek istiyorum

Profil ekranından kendin silebilirsin. İlerlemen, istatistiklerin, rozetlerin ve görünen ismin kalıcı olarak kalkar; işlem geri alınamaz.

Satın aldıkların Apple hesabında kalır, yeni bir hesapta geri yükleyebilirsin.

Çocuğum kullanıyor, güvenli mi?

Sohbet, mesajlaşma ve kullanıcı yüklemesi yok. Reklamlar kişiselleştirilmez, çocuğa uygun muamele bayrağıyla istenir ve en düşük içerik derecesiyle sınırlıdır. Ayrıntı gizlilik politikasında.

My purchases are missing on a new phone

Open the store and tap Restore purchases at the bottom. Purchases made with the same Apple account are linked to the WindLingo account you are signed into.

My purchase is on another account

A purchase is active in only one WindLingo account at a time. Accept the confirmation during restore and it moves here, closing on the other one.

How does German unlock?

The German product opens all four directions at once: Turkish ↔ German and English ↔ German. You switch direction from the language badge on the home screen.

When do ads appear?

Only when you leave the results screen of a finished game. No ads during a lesson, inside a game, or at launch, and ads are never personalised. The Ad-free product removes them entirely.

I forgot my password

Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to get a reset link by email. If you signed in with Google you have no password — sign in with Google again.

I want to delete my account

You can delete it yourself from the Profile screen. Your progress, statistics, badges and display name are removed permanently; this cannot be undone.

What you bought stays in your Apple account and can be restored on a new account.

My child uses it — is it safe?

There is no chat, no messaging and no user uploads. Ads are non-personalised, requested with the child-directed treatment flag and limited to the lowest content rating. Details are in the privacy policy.
